These people are giving away WAY too much information, in my opinion.
I'm not too crazy about a free service that will let you do a nationwide search for someone, and give you their name, address, frequently a street-level photograph of their home, their marital status, names of people living in the house with them, value of the the property, and more.
Apparently the "pay" service will give you even more than that.
The good news is, you can delete your entry.
