Nashville has actually put an offer on the table! 8-)
It's a decent offer, but a bit lower $$$ than I'd been hoping for, so they're going to go back to the bean-counters and see if they can't raise the amount a little bit. Hopefully, they'll be able to get back to me on Friday with a new offer -- although given the extremely laid-back way this place seems to run, I wouldn't be surprised if it takes them until Monday.
But... WE'RE GETTING OUT OF HERE! YAY!
