I just got a call from the company in Nashville -- they're going to make me an offer! They said they expect to have their offer package together by Friday, and if for some reason they can't have it ready by then (what with the holiday weekend and all), they'll call me and let me know when it *will* be ready! 8-)
Permanent position, with full benefits, and they're checking to see what they can give me for relocation. 8-)
The only drawback is that at this point I have no idea what sort of $$$ they're going to offer. Of course, if it will get us out of Columbia and me out of Blue Cross, I'm not inclined to be greedy!
