A couple that are on-track, a couple that need improvement, and one total washout
Ongoing, and effective immediately:
By first weekend in February:
Before July 11:
Miscellaneous:
Ongoing, and effective immediately:
- Meditate at least 3 times per week -- only doing so-so with this one. Usually managing once/twice a week, and not for very long.
- Weather permitting, walk to/from kempo class -- weather hasn't really been permitting this one, although I have been getting walks at lunch most days, plus two nights a week.
- Run full forms set at least once per week -- sadly, no. I've done the full set a couple of times, but definitely not every week. This one will have to improve.
- Resume "Sakari" workouts (stances, physical conditioning, techniques, drills, forms) 2/week -- This one has been a total washout. I haven't even done that workout once this year. 8-(
By first weekend in February:
- Measure back yard and begin planning garden layout -- measured and mapped. We've discussed a few ideas, but haven't settled on anything firm.
Before July 11:
- Recover full proficiency with all forms as taught at Memphis Aiki-Kai dojo -- on track.
- Weight down under 200 lbs. -- on track.
Miscellaneous:
- Finish painting the remaining rooms of the house -- this one is on hold until warmer weather, so we can let the place air out afterwards.
- Get remaining pieces of artwork hung -- have taken measurements for several pieces and started looking at frames for them. One frame acquired and picture mounted in it, but not yet hung.

You know Neil's campaigning for the fountain, right? *g*
And you're doing better than most on resolutions!

Absolutely! And we're both in agreement on that -- a fountain back there would be lovely!
We just have to figure out how to keep it from getting perpetually clogged by the leaves from the two huge oak trees!
