Ah, the joys of home ownership -- to-do list

Just a list of stuff we've done on the house so far, and what we still need/want to do. Mostly putting it here to have it where I can refer back to it easily.

Stuff to do ourselves:
Painting:
Master Bedroom
Office - Done
Library - Done
Entryway - Done
Hallway - Done
Guest Bedroom - Done
Dining Room - Done

Outside:
Remove chain-link fence from back yard
Actually plan out and start implementing the conversion of the back yard into a garden area.
Move the cedar sapling farther from the house, while it's still a sapling!

Miscellaneous:
Replace light fixture in dining room
Possibly replace light fixture in kitchen
Replace remaining 2-prong electrical outlets


Stuff to hire professionals for:
Inside:
Paint both bathrooms
Remodel kitchen
Maybe install overhead light fixture in the office
Replace light fixture in master bathroom

Outside:
Enclose area between kitchen door and utility room door (currently you have to go outside to do laundry)
Maybe add outdoor electrical outlet
Get both trees pruned / get dead wood removed


Items under consideration:
Add an overhead light fixture in the office
Add a "screen room" on the back of the house
Add a lattice and some climbing roses to cover the walkway between the front door and the carport
