I rarely talk about my job, but this one I just couldn't keep to myself.
Our CIO is apparently ... very confused.
He sent out an email today, with a graphic image of a lot of text. Okay, no big deal -- you could read it in the email, and it had obviously been set up with some graphics, etc for a decent presentation.
I work from home (at least most of the time), but one of my team-mates told me that the email was nothing more than a scan of the posters that are hanging up all over the office. This is important -- printed posters, hanging on the walls.
What is that important?
Because at the bottom of the text, THERE'S A FRACKING HYPERLINK! You can't even see what the URL is!
And this is the VP in charge of technology at our company???
Epic Techno-FAIL!
