Sex partner selection, from a 9-year-old's point of view

Out of the mouths of babes...

Our youngest student at the karate school where I train is a 9-year-old boy. His father told us that Boy had been trying to ask some questions about sex, and Dad had been putting him off because the situation not being appropriate, etc. Well, apparently he asked again in the truck on the way to class Tuesday night, and Dad told him,

"Look, at this point there are really only two things you need to know about sex. First, sex is how babies get made. And second, babies are very expensive, and until you can afford to have one and raise one, you shouldn't be having sex."

Boy accepted this with a nod, and Dad thought that would be the end of it for a while.

The rest of the ride, Boy was quiet. Then just before they got to the karate school, he turned to Dad and said....




"So, I should only have sex with rich women?"

I understand that Dad nearly wrecked the truck at that point, and I can't blame him!
